The PP asks Batet to paralyze “the publication and the effectiveness” of the vote on the labor reform

The People’s Party asks the President of the Lower House, the Socialist Meritxell Batet, to order the “immediate suspension and termination of the procedures aimed at publication and effectiveness” of the vote on labor reform.

This was requested by the group in several writings, to which EL ESPAÑOL had access, signed by the spokesman of the PP in the Congress of Deputies, Cuca Gamarraand by the deputy Alberto Casero.

The party takes this decision “in the face of the violations of the judicial system of the president”, detailed popular sources to this newspaper.

With a count of 175 Yes it is and 174 It’s not, this Thursday, one of the star measures of the coalition government of the PSOE and Podemos continued. And he did it thanks to the wrong vote of Homepage. Given the suspicion of possible human error, the PP defended that it was a “computer” error.

In his memoir, the latter considers that the vote for labor reform did not garner the actual majority will of the House.

Before the counting of the votes, the Popular Party notified Meritxell Batet that Alberto Casero who was home Thursday when he was sick— had given a yes to labor reform, when he intended to oppose it. And now they consider that the President of the Table failed in her obligations by refusing to meet the Board of Directors of the Lower House.

Parliamentary sources told EL ESPAÑOL that the Congress services informed their members that no error had been detected with the televote, so the Table did not meet.

Likewise, the PP considers that Batet should have allowed Casero cancel your computerized vote and allow you to give, in person, a no to the text, as he wished.
